Travel Pharmacist - Burnsville, MN

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacist for a travel assignment of 13+ weeks in Bemidji, MN. This role supports long-term care pharmacy services within a professional and patient-focused environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide comprehensive long-term care pharmacy services
• Ensure accurate dispensing and appropriate medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy
• Maintain detailed patient records and comply with regulatory requirements
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification necessary
• Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
