Long-Term Care Pharmacist Contract | Pennsylvania

We're hiring a Long-Term Care Pharmacist for a 1-month contract with the potential to extend. This full-time role supports skilled nursing, personal care, and hospice patients in a fast-paced LTC pharmacy.

Schedule:

40 hours/week
Pharmacy hours: MonFri 8:00 AM6:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM4:00 PM, Sun 8:00 AM3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders
Check blister packs and sterile/non-sterile preparations
Answer clinical questions from nurses and physicians
Perform controlled substance inventory and emergency box checks
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
1+ year of pharmacist experience (LTC preferred)
Experience with QS1, Docutrack, and PCC preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
