Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Canton, Ohio

Provide your expertise as an inpatient Pharmacist supporting hospital care in a travel assignment based in Canton, OH, with work at either a 25-bed or 40-bed hospital in North/Central Ohio. This opportunity requires flexibility in shift start times and weekend availability while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Location:

• Work assignments located in Galion and Ontario, OH
• Travel role with flexibility to move between sites in the region

Schedule:

• Shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Every 4th weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication preparation and dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain clean room standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and nursing teams, ensuring clear communication and patient safety
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and coordination

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Ohio Pharmacist license in hand
• Proven experience in inpatient pharmacy settings
• Strong skills in supervising technical staff and sterile compounding procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
