• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Experience in warfarin management
• Exposure to EPIC Willow Inpatient EMR preferred, but not mandatory
