Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and check inpatient medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in their daily duties
• Conduct IV admixture checks to maintain compliance and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and communication

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
