Long-Term Care Pharmacist Contract Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Pharmacist for a 1-month contract assignment with potential for extension supporting skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, and hospice patients.

Location

Chicora, PA

Schedule
Full-time | 40 hours per week

Pharmacy Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM4:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM3:00 PM


Responsibilities
Review and verify medication orders for long-term care and hospice patients
Check packaged medications, including blister-packed, sterile, and non-sterile medications
Provide clinical support to nurses, physicians, and facility staff
Maintain controlled substance inventory and emergency medication compliance


Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing
1+ year of pharmacy experience required
Long-term care experience preferred
Experience with QS1, Docutrack, and PCC systems is a plus
