Travel Hospital Pharmacist | Cincinnati, Ohio

This opportunity is for a skilled Pharmacist to provide inpatient hospital pharmacy care in Cincinnati, OH. The position requires an active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing and a minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience. The role involves working 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, primarily from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekend hours may vary depending on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and manage medications in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Provide pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically for vancomycin.
• Manage warfarin therapy for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and medication management.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency with pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management.
• Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient EMR preferred, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
