Travel Inpatient Pharmacist | Cleveland, Ohio

An experienced inpatient pharmacist is needed to support hospital operations in either Galion or Ontario, Ohio. Both facilities are located in North/Central Ohio, accessible from Cleveland and Columbus. This travel opportunity requires flexibility in shift start times and emphasizes collaboration within the healthcare team.

Location:

• Galion, OH (25-bed hospital) or Ontario, OH (40-bed hospital)

Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts start between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Every 4th weekend on duty
• Flexible scheduling within the shift window

Contract Duration:

• Immediate start
• 12-week assignment ending approximately January 2, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy technicians
• Maintain clean room standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to manage prescriptions and patient data

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio pharmacist license required
• Prior experience working in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
