Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Columbus, Ohio

An acute care facility in North/Central Ohio is seeking two to three experienced inpatient pharmacists to support their hospital pharmacy teams. These travel positions involve working at either a 25-bed hospital in Galion or a 40-bed hospital in Ontario, Ohio, both located between Cleveland and Columbus.

Start dates are immediate, with assignments lasting approximately 12 weeks through mid-January. Shift start times offer flexibility between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and the schedule includes working every fourth weekend to maintain continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including medication dispensing and monitoring.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for accurate medication management and documentation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Ohio pharmacist license is required.
• Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
