Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Compound IV medications and other sterile sterile products in accordance with established pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized sterile preparation environment adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile compounding, particularly with IV medications.
