Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration with store operations and pharmacy teams to drive associate engagement and communicate strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage department operations to build a profitable business by promoting clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory control by tracking sales trends and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demands.
• Align department performance with key metrics focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing medical inquiries and providing healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of the pharmacy.
• Resolve customer issues professionally to sustain trust and loyalty.
• Liaise with physicians and use reference materials to clarify prescription needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls promptly.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
