A specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to provide per diem coverage for one week, focusing on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy compounding. This opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in sterile and non-sterile compounding within a professional and supportive environment dedicated to precision and patient-centered care.

Location:

• DeBary, FL (near Deltona)

Schedule:

• One week of coverage with preferred dates August 3 - 7
• Pharmacy hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Flexible on specific week if coverage during preferred dates is unavailable

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded medications with accuracy
• Maintain rigorous compliance with USP standards 795, 797, and 800
• Participate effectively in a collaborative team environment with clear communication
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a growth-oriented mindset
• Support pharmacy initiatives aimed at growth and improved patient outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license
• Previous compounding experience required
• Strong understanding of USP 795, 797, 800 guidelines
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy is highly desirable
