Travel Pharmacist | Dilworth, Minnesota

A travel opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy operations with a focus on long-term care. This position offers the chance to apply clinical expertise in a distinctive pharmacy setting, servicing patient needs through comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

Location:

• Waseca, MN (Travel role with flexible arrangements)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required
• 24 to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications
• Review patient profiles and provide medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards pertinent to specialty pharmacy services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer immunizations and provide patient education as applicable

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent degree preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practices and protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
