A retail pharmacy role in Dingmans Ferry, PA offers the opportunity to lead and manage pharmacy operations within a well-established store environment. This position involves overseeing prescription accuracy, pharmacy team performance, inventory control, and excellent customer service in compliance with state and federal regulations. The position supports business growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations and pharmacy associates to drive engagement and communicate company strategy.
• Ensure prescription accuracy by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance checks.
• Manage inventory levels by tracking sales patterns and ordering stock to meet customer demand.
• Align department performance with key metrics to maximize effectiveness and profitability.
• Supervise, train, and coach pharmacy staff, overseeing performance and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain pharmacy security and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and pharmacy-related issues to foster customer loyalty.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and prioritize daily tasks such as inventory counts and will-call management.
• Promote development and ongoing training initiatives to enhance team performance and reduce turnover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or PharmD.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts.
• Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly.
