A specialty pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a dynamic setting. This travel position is based in Cold Spring, MN, offering an ongoing assignment with a schedule that includes weekend shifts.

Location:

• Cold Spring, MN

Schedule:

• Saturdays & Sundays, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy operations
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and counsel patients accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Provide immunizations and educate patients on medication therapies as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current immunization certification
• CPR Certification required
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
