Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential interactions, and side effects
• Conduct prospective drug utilization reviews
• Administer immunizations and other clinical services as applicable
• Communicate with prescribers regarding medication-related questions
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Maintain accurate prescription and pharmacy records

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the practicing state
