This opportunity is for a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient hospital pharmacy operations over a 13-week travel assignment starting November 2. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Proficiency in warfarin management
• Familiarity with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not mandatory

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Typical shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
