Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Independent Retail Pharmacy

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

An established independent retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead daily pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a community-focused environment and is ready to take on a leadership role.

As the PIC, you will oversee pharmacy workflow, supervise staff, and help ensure efficient operations while maintaining high standards of patient service and compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow
Ensure accurate and timely prescription processing
Supervise pharmacy staff and support team performance
Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy operations
Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies

Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state
Previous pharmacy management or PIC experience preferred
Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
