Schedule/Hours:

Variable days and afternoons
Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert medication consultation
Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage orders and medication dispensing

Desired Qualifications:

Active Virginia pharmacist license
Proven experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
Strong knowledge of medication therapies and hospital pharmacy protocols
