Per Diem Pharmacist in Fleming, CO

A retail pharmacy associated with a hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist for per diem coverage from July 7th through July 10th. This role involves managing pharmacy operations with autonomy and providing exceptional patient care in a busy setting dispensing approximately 500 prescriptions per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Counseling patients on medication use and safety
• Filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Performing final verifications to ensure compliance
• Managing daily pharmacy functions as if it were your own

The shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break, providing a structured but manageable schedule during this assignment.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist license required
• Recent experience as a pharmacist preferred
