Pharmacist in Flushing, NY

This position requires an experienced pharmacist to oversee and ensure the accurate dispensing of medications while providing exceptional patient care. Under the supervision of the pharmacy manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient medication delivery service, as well as counseling patients on their prescriptions and treatment plans.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in compliance with all regulations
• Provide expert counseling to patients regarding their medications and proper usage
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions as needed
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory control
• Support pharmacy operations under direct supervision of the manager

Qualifications:

• Active and clear New York pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a retail pharmacist
• Experience with Pioneer Rx software is highly preferred
