Travel Hospital Pharmacist - Fort Bragg, California

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off
• Hours: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
• On-call: 6:00 PM 7:30 AM for 6-7 nights per two-week pay period

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Consult with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on medication management
• Support chemotherapy preparation and management when applicable
• Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems for medication dispensing and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols a strong plus
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records and Omnicell automation systems
• Ability to work full-time hours including on-call shifts as scheduled
