A Per Diem pharmacist opportunity is available in Fort Collins, CO, supporting a small pharmacy operation with consistent PRN needs. The pharmacy operates from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, processing approximately 200 prescriptions daily using the QS1 system, assisted by a skilled pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Perform bubble packing of medications in support of medication management
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Colorado pharmacist license
• Minimum of one years experience in retail, long-term care (LTC), or outpatient pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems such as QS1 is preferred
