An established 150-bed community hospital is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Pharmacist to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts patient care during critical night hours.

Location:

• Franklin, TN (approximately 30 miles northeast of Nashville)

Schedule:

• Night shifts
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with precision and accuracy
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring for patient safety
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide expert medication consultation and support
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee pharmacist license
• Proven experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings
