IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacist | Franklin, Tennessee

This opportunity is for a skilled Compounding Pharmacist dedicated to personalized medication therapy within a compounding pharmacy setting. The role emphasizes patient-focused care, preparing customized medications that meet individual health needs. Located in Nashville, TN, this position supports a variety of therapeutic areas including hormone replacement, weight management, pain management, peptides, and specialty prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications following established protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to develop and verify customized medication therapies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to sterile compounding
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of compounded products
• Provide expert counseling to patients on medication usage, storage, and safety
• Utilize PK Software for order processing and record keeping

Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, designed to support work-life balance
• Position located in Franklin, TN with a focus on patient care in a Nashville-area compounding pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding, required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

This is a full-time role with the potential to start part-time during training and transition into a full-time schedule. The start date is to be determined within the next month.
