Per Diem Pharmacist - Freehold, NJ

A medical supply company seeks a licensed Pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for its mail order pharmacy operations, enabling shipments to Montana. This unique role requires a pharmacist with any active state license, providing essential oversight in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Location: Freehold, NJ (remote work possible given the nature of responsibilities)

Hours: Approximately 1 hour per week
Assignment: Ongoing contract

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards for shipping legend products to Montana patients
• Oversee appropriate documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling procedures related to the mail order pharmacy
• Verify ability to identify Montana patients and track their receipt of legend products, including dates and details
• Maintain all necessary compliance measures to meet Board of Pharmacy requirements without the need for a Montana pharmacist license
• Serve as a professional resource and maintain a business arrangement with the company in this supervisory capacity

Qualifications:

• Current and active pharmacist license from any U.S. state
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory compliance, especially mail order pharmacy operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to manage responsibilities within minimal weekly hours
• Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate with company representatives
