A well-established independent compounding pharmacy in the Arcadia/Phoenix area is seeking an experienced pharmacist to take charge of daily operations and lead the team with a visionary mindset. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead all pharmacy operations including overseeing staff performance and workflow
• Manage compounding procedures, inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build strong relationships with patients and prescribers to foster trust and grow business
• Drive operational improvements and business growth strategies
• Potentially act as Pharmacist-in-Charge, providing leadership and direction

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
