Provide pharmacy expertise and compassionate medication management at a satellite clinic serving diverse patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and obstetric patients. Location:
LeChee Clinic, satellite site near Page, AZ

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duration:
13 weeks (Travel assignment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and medication management in accordance with established policies.
  • Provide direct patient care and clinical pharmacy interventions.
  • Support rotational shifts including day, evening, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Participate in career advancement pathways from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist levels based on experience.
  • Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations overseeing pharmacy staff and ensuring program compliance with organizational mission and values.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid, unrestricted Pharmacy license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of three years experience as a practicing pharmacist.
  • Successful fingerprint clearance prior to start.
