Outpatient Pharmacist - Glendale, California

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility required to cover primarily first and second shifts, with occasional third shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in hospital outpatient settings
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication dispensing and counseling
• Adhere to county health system policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug therapies and guidelines
• Prepare for and successfully pass a competency examination and Livescan background check as part of the onboarding

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with outpatient hospital pharmacy expertise
• PGYI residency preferred or approximately 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Retail pharmacy background candidates are welcome to apply, providing relevant hospital or outpatient skills
