Travel Inpatient Pharmacist in Greenwood, IN

A healthcare facility in Northern Indiana is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a travel assignment at a 250-bed community hospital. This role supports inpatient pharmacy operations with a focus on patient safety and collaboration.

Location: Greenwood, IN (Travel position for assignment in Mishawaka, IN)
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks with option to extend
Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 2nd shift hours: 1:00 pm to 10:30 pm
• Possible schedule flexibility with a 7-on, 7-off rotation

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee work quality
• Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapies
• Manage pharmacokinetics and dosage adjustments for complex cases
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana pharmacist license required
• Some hospital pharmacy experience preferred
