A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a travel opportunity in Waseca, MN. This role focuses on long-term care pharmacy duties, helping to manage and support medication needs for patients requiring ongoing care.

Location: Waseca, MN
Setting: Specialty Pharmacy
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekends required
  Hours: 24-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct long-term care pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing and management of medications
• Provide clinical services and medication therapy management (MTM) to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacologic therapies
• Administer immunizations as certified
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree or equivalent with active pharmacist licensure
• Experience or certification in medication therapy management (MTM)
• Current Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to support a specialty pharmacy setting
