Per Diem Retail Pharmacist - Houston, Texas

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience and proficiency in Liberty order entry. You will be the sole pharmacist on staff during your shifts, managing a moderate prescription volume and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout your workday.

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule:

• Days, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Specific Dates: August 18, 19, 31; September 1 and 2

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process prescription orders using the Liberty computer system
• Manage a prescription volume of approximately 25 to 30 per day
• Provide patient counseling and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain medication safety and inventory
• Work independently as the only pharmacist on duty without technician support

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacy license required
• Proven retail pharmacy experience
• Experience with Liberty order entry system is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
