This full-time Pharmacy Pharmacist position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in prescription management within a well-established retail setting on a contract basis. Working the 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive accurate and safe medication while maintaining compliance with legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, receive, and manage pharmacy inventory efficiently to prevent shortages and ensure availability
• Oversee the prescription fulfillment process, verifying accuracy and adherence to all relevant policies and legal requirements
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and customers to provide excellent service and counseling when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with prescription workflows and patient interaction
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations within Texas
