Job Duties

  • Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions prior to dispensing.
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, patient information, drug interactions, and clinical appropriateness.
  • Ensure proper formulation, labeling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support a high-volume pharmacy environment while maintaining accuracy and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience.
  • Closed-door pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and prescription verification experience.
