We are seeking an experienced Verification Pharmacist to join a healthcare pharmacy team in Houston. This role will focus on final verification of compounded prescriptions and ensuring orders are clinically appropriate, accurate, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions.
  • Review dosing, patient information, drug interactions, formulations, and labeling.
  • Ensure prescriptions meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a busy pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Pharmacist license.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
  • Closed-door pharmacy experience preferred.
