We're seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee pharmacist operations within a specialized animal health compounding environment. This role offers the opportunity to transition your compounding and leadership expertise into a growing niche of pharmacy while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

As a leader, you'll guide a team of pharmacists, support quality initiatives, and help advance pharmacy operations that directly support veterinary patients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pharmacists within a fast-paced compounding environment
• Drive adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Optimize workflow and team productivity
• Support pharmacist training and ongoing professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

• California Pharmacist license required
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or people-management experience
• Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and 503A regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $160,000$185,000
