Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Independent Retail Pharmacy

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

An independent retail pharmacy is seeking a motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care. This is a strong opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a community-focused setting and is ready to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Ensure accurate and timely prescription processing
Supervise and support pharmacy staff
Maintain excellent patient care and customer service
Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies


Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state
Pharmacy management or PIC experience preferred
Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
