Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage and supervise both sterile and non-sterile compounding processes.
- Lead a pharmacy team proactively, fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee pharmacy operations adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate across departments to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Texas Pharmacist License required.
- Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time to support operational flexibility.
- Minimum one year of professional pharmacist experience.
- Proven experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
- Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred.
