A newly opened in-house pharmacy serving a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead daily operations and ensure compliance in Winter Haven, FL. Location:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge
• Ensure 340B program compliance
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain effective, clear communication with internal healthcare providers
• Collaborate closely with onsite providers to foster strong interprofessional relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Florida pharmacist license in good standing
• Prior experience working in an FQHC setting is required
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations independently
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on provider collaboration
• Familiarity with Best Rx system preferred

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $141,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
