This is a 13-week temp-to-hire leadership opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to oversee both sterile and non-sterile compounding operations while helping drive the future of a rapidly expanding pharmacy.

Position Details

  • Kennett Square, PA | 503A Compounding Pharmacy
  • 13-Week Temp-to-Hire
  • MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
  • Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge and lead daily pharmacy operations
  • Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding
  • Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800>, FDA 503A, and state/federal regulations
  • Lead pharmacy staff while supporting quality, workflow, and operational excellence
  • Prepare for audits, inspections, and ongoing regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
  • PIC or pharmacy management experience
  • Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and 503A regulations
  • Experience with inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance
