IV Sterile Compounding Mail Order Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Garland, Texas

This direct hire opportunity is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a mail order compounding pharmacy focused on 503A non-sterile preparations, located in Garland, TX. The pharmacy is expanding rapidly with a new 7,000 sq ft facility opening soon that will include sterile compounding and scale capacity up to 10,000 prescriptions per day. This role offers a key leadership position in a growing environment focused on peptides and GLP-1 medications.

Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple states, managing pharmacy staff, and supporting growth initiatives through organized and positive leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping the pharmacy culture and scaling daily prescription volume well beyond the current 1,000 Rx per day.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Pharmacist in Charge licensure with multi-state credentials (AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV)
• Ability to apply for Utah license upon hire
• Experience in 503A non-sterile compounding and mail order pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of sterile compounding processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and a leadership mindset focused on positive culture and growth
• Willingness to train on-site in Salt Lake City for 4-6 weeks and return monthly thereafter (remote PIC considered with training)
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system preferred

• Primary posting in Garland, TX with initial training in Salt Lake City, UT

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
