RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time opportunity with a respected retail pharmacy in Hamilton, Ohio. This position offers a consistent day shift schedule and the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a patient-focused, community setting.
As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. What Youll Do:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians
Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of medications
Provide patient counseling and deliver excellent customer service
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support pharmacy operations

What Youll Need:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License (required)
Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting required
Prior leadership or Pharmacist in Charge experience preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and patient care
