Pharmacist in Charge in Hanover, NH

A newly established in-house pharmacy for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Pharmacy in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at the Wells River, VT location. The ideal candidate will be based in the Burlington, VT or Hanover, NH area and will play a pivotal role in managing the pharmacys day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance and fostering strong provider relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge overseeing pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with 340B program requirements
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and staff
• Facilitate clear, effective communication and collaboration with internal healthcare providers
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures within a newly opened site
• Utilize Best Rx system for pharmacy management

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Vermont with a license in good standing
• Prior experience working in an FQHC setting is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on provider collaboration
• Proven ability to manage operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff and managing 340B programs

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Position is based in either Burlington, VT or Hanover, NH; serves the Wells River, VT pharmacy site
