Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead operations at a newly opened pharmacy serving a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Hattiesburg, MS. This role is ideal for a motivated pharmacist with a strong background in FQHC settings and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with the 340B program and regulatory standards
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain strong, clear communication with internal providers to optimize patient care and pharmacy service integration
• Manage the day-to-day pharmacy functions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an FQHC environment is essential due to the collaborative nature of this position
• Proven ability to manage provider communications with professionalism and clarity
• Current and active Mississippi pharmacist license in good standing

Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday work schedule
