Responsibilities include:

• Leading pharmacy operations following USP, FDA, and state board regulations
• Overseeing sterile compounding workflows, personnel management, and quality assurance
• Ensuring multi-state regulatory compliance, particularly for California and other non-resident states
• Establishing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with sterile compounding standards
• Hiring, supervising, and training pharmacy staff including pharmacists and technicians
• Managing inspections, audits, and regulatory communication
• Overseeing environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation processes
• Proper handling and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations
• Collaborating on operational strategy, expansion, and licensing efforts
• Maintaining accurate records and inspection readiness

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree required
• Active pharmacist licenses in Nevada and California or completion of CA licensure process
• Additional state licenses highly preferred or willingness to obtain them
• Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience preferred
• Proven experience as a PIC or pharmacy manager
• Deep familiarity with USP <797>, USP <800>, and sterile compounding regulations
• Skilled in managing multi-state pharmacy operations and non-resident licensure
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities
• Experience in 503A or 503B compounding environments is advantageous
