RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Director for a highly specialized 503A Compounding Pharmacy in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania! This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to oversee both sterile and non-sterile compounding operations in a fast-growing, compliance-driven environment.

This role offers strong long-term potential, high-level operational exposure, and the opportunity to lead pharmacy production, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance within a sophisticated compounding setting. The client is seeking a hands-on pharmacy leader who is confident managing audits, inspections, personnel, and daily compounding operations.

Position Details:
13-Week Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire
Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm
Flexible Saturday coverage if needed
503A Compounding Pharmacy Environment
Leadership-focused role with operational and regulatory oversight

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the legally designated Pharmacist-in-Charge for non-resident state pharmacy licenses
Act as the primary contact for Boards of Pharmacy, inspectors, auditors, and regulatory agencies
Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding operations
Lead pharmacists, supervisors, technicians, and production personnel
Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800>, FDA 503A, and all state/federal regulations
Oversee batch record creation, review, and approval
Support production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Drive quality assurance initiatives, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PIC or Pharmacy Manager
Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and 503A compounding regulations
Experience leading audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Strong leadership and operational management skills
