Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Lebanon, Pennsylvania
This opportunity requires an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) to lead a newly established pharmacy through the critical phases of licensure, inspection, and accreditation. The role offers a part-time schedule initially, with the potential to transition to full-time as the pharmacy establishes itself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, taking ownership of pharmacy operations and compliance.
- Guide the pharmacy through state licensure, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare for and manage pharmacy inspections and accreditation processes.
- Oversee daily pharmacy activities and ensure adherence to professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Possess a clear and active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy startup operations.
- Familiar with the licensure, inspection, and accreditation procedures relevant to pharmacy establishment.
Schedule:
- Part-time initially, with potential to move to full-time.
