Pharmacist in Charge in Lititz, PA

A pharmacy is seeking a qualified Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) to lead the opening and management of a new location through all phases of licensure, inspection, and accreditation. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Lititz, PA, with a schedule starting part-time and transitioning to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, overseeing pharmacy startup operations
• Lead the pharmacy through licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations upon opening

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmacy management roles
• Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy startup operations

Schedule:
