Are you an experienced pharmacist leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career? We are seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead a team of pharmacists within a rapidly growing compounding pharmacy specializing in animal health.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with sterile compounding experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in developing team members, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in a highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines
• Support training and development initiatives across the pharmacy team
• Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and quality outcomes
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active California Pharmacist license in good standing
• BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program
• 2+ years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of sterile compounding experience
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and 503A regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
