RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge in Mason, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacist ready to step into a leadership role. The position offers a 13-week temp-to-perm path with long-term potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Position Details:

Location: Mason, OH
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shift (8:00am4:30pm)
Term: 13-week temp to perm


Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage
Evaluate operations and identify areas for improvement
Promote a positive, team-focused work environment


Requirements:

Active Ohio Pharmacist license (clear and in good standing)
Previous pharmacy management experience (retail preferred)
Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
